At Akipi, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely, while ensuring the best quality packaging.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
• We ship through reputed courier partners such as FedEx, Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, Ecom, and India Post.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: FREE PAN India on all orders.
• Express Delivery: Available on request and subject to additional charges.
• Customers can contact us at contact@akipi.in or on WhatsApp (7838780149) with their pincode to confirm availability and exact charges.

Delivery Timelines (from date of dispatch)

• Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad): 2–3 working days.
• Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3–5 working days.
• Rest of India: 5–7 working days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer, or pickup may be required from the nearest courier center.

Same-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR only)

• For customers in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, we also offer same-day delivery if the order is placed before 12:45 PM.
• Same-day delivery is done through Porter, and charges are extra (to be communicated once you contact us).

Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
• If the package is returned (RTO) due to failed delivery attempts, you can request reshipment by writing to contact@akipi.in or messaging us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
• A ₹50/- reshipping fee will be applicable.

Tracking

• An order confirmation email is sent at the time of placing your order.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for courier delays due to unforeseen circumstances (rare cases).
• In case of damaged or wrong products, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery along with an unpacking video (from the very start of opening the parcel).
